Hi Everyone! Picture to start off my post. LOL! Alright that was taken when we helped out in the October Intake Orientation Mini Week Zero. Yup, as you can see we were kinda zhi high and bored so we decided to pose like that due to my suggestion and it made a great picture! XD

Here in this picture are all the OLs "Orientation Leaders" as a pack together in the second day morning. We had much fun I could say. Really. We had a cheer, a performance. And Hey! It was great man! We worked well together. I simply felt great and satisfied with everything we managed to do. Although a few problems happened within the camp and stuff. I am sure we enjoy loads didnt we people? =D
Additional Pic! Apparently Cheryl (My BFF) stepped on my last toe nail and it sorta bent inwards, breaking and poked into my skin. So my toe nail started bleeding. Yucks. And Michelle tried to take a tat glam pic of me whilst I was trying to clean it. But LOOK! Its still a great pic. Great photographer and Great Photo Subject comes well together don't they?

HELLO!
Watched Eagle Eye today with Cador people. One word I am left with for the movie, "Fascinating".
Its a perfect display of technology, how a simple technological gadget can cause so many deaths and planned so many perfect events to-be. It was simply perfect. Each second, each possible outcome, perfectly measured against a certain percentage.
Imagine that!
With statements like:
"Jerry Shaw, You've been activated."
"Accelerate to 90km/h."
"Turn Right Immediately."
"You Did Not Comply."

I was like, holy shit, how could things be so perfectly measured and predicted till it was absolutely flawless. Man that is way dang cool.

If such things exist it would really be very very fascinating. Wow.

Coz got special thing!

Now at the annual IITSC Team Bonding Camp.
My empire is simply zai.
Maybe at first at the start we didnt knew each other as we have quite a number of freshies in our empire.
Another thing that was quite disappointing would be the number of turn ups for our empire.
We were left with the least number of people.

However after the concessant nagging from myself that its not about "Quantity" but "Quality"
We managed to change!
As what we see of now, our empire, just having about 15-16 people, has the highest morale amongst all the empire.
Great cheers.
Great performance.
Great Teamwork.

While Singapore's Table Tennis female team is struggling to win.

Just saw the first singles,
However, I need to say,
once I saw China's line up,
I totally gave up hope.
This was because Singapore stand a chance only if Feng meets Zhang.

This is a word that I just can't get the full meaning of. I can't believe, how weak human are in face against life. Are we pawns of a game played by some people ? Why are we so vulnerable? To the extent that we can leave at any point of time without warning?

Right, do enlighten me on this. I just can't see, why humans would only be recognized for their effort after they had passed on to a better place. Is it only at that point when people felt that they lost something then they would recognize the importance of it ?

These few days, I passed some ups and some downs. I managed to host my own maple server, which is like woah! LOL! Fun!
LOL Okay i will stop dwelling on that. School is just per normal, crazy workload, imba time table. Sometime I find alot of trouble waking up. I will keep cursing why do I have to wake up so early and go for a stupid lesson this and that.

Been practically freaking busy with projects this week and last week, thus leaving my blog totally stagnant. Alright alright, here i am to blog once again!

My term test results wasnt all that bad, other than one single paper that made me so disappointed.

Cash: 31/40
Commercial Off The Shelf Solution : 36/40
Fundamentals of Investment: 39/40
Business Intelligence System: 38.5/40

Introductory Economics: 15/25

As you all can see, I am utterly displeased with my Econs results. If I hadn't change the answers so much, I think i COULD have gotten a 20. Argh. Its a freaking 25% 25 marks paper. Meaning each mark lost in this paper equates to losing a mark for the whole damn module. argh. Now that I have lost a whole 10 marks in the module. I could just spare another 5 for BOTH the project and the second paper to get an A, which is really quite impossible. All I can do now is to aim for a B+ so as to ensure that my CGPA dun drop too much.

Clearly, competition is the source of tension, (NOT ME), if u really think that tests are meant to be direct questions and stuff, what for do we take tests for?

What I can tell u is:
What's a test for if everything is so direct and everyone scores?
A test is to differentiate those that have deeper knowledge than those that dun.

I find it quite hard, to keep it down. I just cant stand ur pathetical intelligence. Get this clear. If you want to score, work for it, dun expect to be spoon fed.
Not happy with me?
Look at my daily life. I DO STUDY.
Of perhaps you do learn and pick things up slower than me, and you DARE to put that blame on me?

Well, Sorry for MIAing in the blog for so long. However, I had to be greeted by such a "pleasant surprise" when i see the tag board that left me with so many questions in my head.
To D.K: Apparently you do left me very interested, interested in how your brain actually works. And that aside, it left me very curious of who exactly you are. Allow me to answer some of ur hypothesis or "assumptions" I would call it.

Why CANT we have outings and stuffs? Kindly do answer me that question if you like to know why we WANT to have outings. Also, Outings ARE not MANDATORY and are DESIRABLE. So hope you can have a better understanding before making assumptions.

Knowing that people would shoot back at you and yet you are DARING enough to do it. So why are you hiding? Tell us straight in our faces that you do not want it. We wouldn't WASTE your time any further.

We, GLs, do NOT plan outings for ourselves. We plan to have fun with everyone, to know more people, to bond. In Fyrhto, if you ask any GLs, I doubt there is any difference of a "GL" and a "freshie". We treat everyone equally. We are students and that is a FACT. Sorry for my crudeness if it did do harm to anybody else. Thank you.

Ok! Den after that comes the impt part! It was the director list award ceremony!! WOO! looks like all my hardwork did pay off. Being able to get onto the stage and get the certificate. Wowee. =P

Today was a great thinking day for me! (=
Well, was on my way to Compass Point today,
and I happen to chance upon a mother and a son.

Well this son is quite a brat, whining for this and that.
At first the mum was persuading him to stop whining, and
urging him to quieten.
However, the son took the gamble and started shouting and screaming.
At the next moment, the mum slap him and dragged him away.

"Woah!"
That was the first thing that came to me in my queue to get my waffle.
When I thought back, I realized,
"Ain't I just like him when I was young?"
Yet! My mum did not even slap me.
I realize the care and concern my mum provided.
Thanks mum!

The next thing I saw, was a mother buying candies for her children.
I could see her gracious smile when she saw that her children love the candies.
Umhmm.

And that left me to think.
Mothers gave birth and life to us.
Indeed we would face alot of stress and problems.
But we couldn't possibly just fail them right?
That's why when I thought back how badly I behaved when I was young.
I started to regret.
Therefore I wish to work hard,and dedicate my success to my parents.
Whatever problems I may face, I must defeat them.
Well, that left me pretty satisfied to realize that,
I do have an aim in life.
I aint not any brat that is aimless and have got nothing to do.

Just back from fyrhto chalet, its was kinda good, just that we had managed to bond quite alot with one another. Had great fun at mahjong, arcade(bball throwing), walking arnd, zihighing(omg i love this) and many other stuffs.

B4 the chalet, I was actually at TM with joruth coz had to get some slippers after some bloody construction worker stole my slipper. Idiotic bull shit. When we just reached TM, we were walking to the ATM coz she had to transfer funds to some ppl, den she realized she didnt bring her card. What now? I received that sms. The results... Haha! So I immediately passed her the phone and asked her to see it for me while i prepared myself for the worse. Surprisingly, the results were out of my expectations. I literally shouted in the middle of TM and had ppl staring at us. So here's my results for the curious souls out there:

Well that's my results and I'm satisfied with it. haha.
This is when I realize, hard work do pay off, do not give yourself false hope though, or it will land you in deep shit. Therefore there is a certain limit one could believe and expect of his own. That is when you could hone your skills to almost perfection. So to everyone and frens out there! Jia you and believe in yourself in anything you do! If not you would have lost the first half of the war. Believing in yourself is the first step to winning a war i guess.(Kinda heard somewhere in some chinese drama b4)

Oh NO! Been busy of that late that I didnt notice my blog is partially stagnant.. LOL! SO here am I to blog again.

Just been back for Laser Challenge 2008, representing fyrhto(note the spelling) in the competition. It was kinda fun luh. Had a great team "I am..." LOL! yes we were all wearing the I am... tee shirts in that competition. Pictures would be uploaded during the next post. My team consisting of Jolene, Hiu Ching, Violet and Jian Xuan. It was quite fun as in we shoot shoot shoot people and just didnt care. Too bad our strategy didnt work out as we expected luh. Wasted. But nevertheless we enjoyed and bonded alot during this overnight thingy. BWAHAHA!

Now my whole body is aching due to the falls and jumps I made(I think all my team mates should feel the same too uh) but nvm! Take it as a training! hahah! XD

Results would be out on the 13th! So damn excited about it coz it would land on the second day of fyrhto chalet!!! Lets all brace ourselves and die as an empire! THE KANG MUST KUM!

Well Well!I am just back to blogging! After the torturous week of no sleep and fighting against the different monsters(Exams) I managed to defeat them with ease! Muahahahaha! Ok La... After the exams right aftering beating the CORE monster, went to watch L Change The World with C184. The show was pretty good I guess, to me that is. HAHAHA. L IS MY KAMI!!! He damn smart, cute, funny, etc la!!!

However there are many quotes from the movie that I liked, however the one that caught my attention was "Always remember no more matter how gifted one person may be, he is unable to change the world." Damn zai LA!!!

So I would greatly recommend all death note, L, fans to go watch this movie of stupendous quality!

Hello world! Just back from archery and see this arm of mine, normally, we archers normally dont injure ourselves and i somehow managed to today.

That's what happen to my arm when I release my shot wrongly, the string would hit against ur arm and you would go "OW! FREAK!"

Zzz today's training is so "FUN" lol.. But nevertheless my strength shall increase further more!!!

Today had been quite a great day! Wasnt able to blog ytd due to the imba-ish stress unleashed upon me by the irritating Quantative Analysis Lab Test! IRRITATING! I stress up for nth sia! Today de paper come out, I do it very confidently lor! But den still wrong, LOL coz i forgot a small part of the formula
(Damn why am I still so careless?!)

However, after the completion of the paper, I felt much better and relaxed uh! Now after blogging, I gotta chiong for my DBIS which I practically haven touch any bit on. Gahh~ This life is so sick!

LOL! I got this very interesting fren of mine btw, introduce him to u guys! He's name is Si Kai from FBI! (*clap clap*)

One special thing that he did that made me blog about him was... He had a sudden craving for a particular food ytd, which was none other than....
HotDog!

LOL!
Random ehs? U may sae.
So we told him to go buy two hotdogs from the Yong Tau Foo stall from Flavours ITAS canteen.. And by this time most of you should realise that the Yong Tau Foo stall in Flavours only sell food with the minimum purchase of 6 pieces!
So this was what he returned to the table with:

A BOWL OF HOTDOGS! (6 in all!)

DEN HE KIAP ONE!

AND EATS IT!

This is damn cool! Just like a repeated pattern, he finished the whole bowl of hotdogs!

These days are really getting boring. So, I decided to create a new blog!

Days are really boring, so many assignments/projects. Really suffocating.
And to add on to that! I've got some much problems of my own! Why am I so fickle minded? Zzz...

Whenever I see another person going mad and crazy about the workload of assignments, I would try my best to help him/her by talking to him/her. However, when I get back home and when I am alone, I would start to imagine all the different bad things that are bound to happen. I feel like collapsing man... I really need a pillar of strength to support me through...
